In 2015, we received an enquiry from a racer looking for one thing—high-quality ethanol for use as race fuel. At the time, it was a simple request, but it sparked something much bigger. We recognised a gap in the New Zealand motorsport market for premium, performance-focused racing fuels, and Nice Fuels was born.

We started as a small operation supplying E100 ethanol to local racers. From day one, our focus wasn't simply on selling fuel—it was about delivering consistent performance, reliability, and giving racers confidence every time they lined up on the start line.

As demand grew, so did our ambition. We invested countless hours researching the world's highest-quality ethanol and pairing it with premium 98 RON petrol to develop racing fuel blends that delivered exceptional performance, consistency, and reliability. Every decision was driven by one goal: to provide New Zealand motorsport with fuel we would proudly use ourselves.

What began as a small local business quickly expanded across the country. We grew our product range, established operations in both the North and South Islands, and built a nationwide distribution network to ensure racers, workshops, teams, and performance enthusiasts had access to premium racing fuels wherever they were.

Today, Nice Fuels has become one of New Zealand's largest independent racing fuel suppliers, supplying a comprehensive range of performance fuels to customers throughout the country. Despite our growth, our philosophy remains exactly the same as it was in 2015—quality comes first.
